SupportPal 2.5.1 Released, WHMCS Integration Updated, Zendesk Migration Option

We are pleased to announce the release of SupportPal 2.5.1, a maintenance release in the 2.5 series. The new version resolves a couple of regressions in 2.5.0 along with several other small long standing bugs and enhancements. The full changelog can be seen in our release notes.

WHMCS integration updated

We've released an update to our WHMCS integration with a number of enhancements and bug fixes. Some of the highlights:
  • Ability to search for announcements, knowledgebase articles and downloads.
  • SEO friendly URLs for articles, categories and tags.
  • Dependent custom field support.
  • The 'Open New Support Ticket' and 'View all Support Tickets' on the client summary page in the WHMCS admin area now point directly to SupportPal.

The new version can be downloaded at our downloads area linked above, requires at least SupportPal 2.3.0.
