We are pleased to announce the stable release of SupportPal 2.1.0. A milestone release, introducing
multi-brands and
PHP 7 support, among many other new features and improvements.

upgrade guide if you are upgrading from 2.0.3 to 2.1.0.
We would like to thank our beta testers for giving the pre-release a spin and providing useful feedback to improve the stability of this release. All active beta licenses will expire shortly.
Multi-brands Pricing Now Live
As mentioned before, to take advantage of the multi-brands functionality, each additional brand will be charged at
$9.95/m for monthly licenses and a one-off payment of
$199.95 for owned licenses. The
pricing is now live on our website and existing licenses can be upgraded at our client area.
Separate PHP 7 Download
As using PHP 7 requires the
ionCube loaders v6, we're providing two downloads of the release. One for PHP 5.5 and PHP 5.6 that will continue to work with your existing ionCube loaders, and one for PHP 7 that requires the latest ionCube loaders to work. As such, please be careful when selecting which version to download.
WHMCS Integration Beta
An updated version of the WHMCS integration has been released to be compatible with 2.1.0. This is the same as the beta version that was released alongside the 2.1.0 beta, so you don't need to update if you're already running it.
