Additional Information

Renewing support and updates

Owned licenses come with six months of support and updates as standard. After this, it can be renewed at a cost of $99.95 for an additional six months. The renewal is optional and can be ordered when required.

Hide our branding from your help desk

Our licenses include a 'powered by' line at the bottom of the client-facing end of the help desk. This can be removed at an additional cost of $4.95 per month for the monthly license or $99.95 one time for the owned license.

Additional brands on your license

SupportPal supports running multiple brands from a single installation. The license comes with one brand, additional brands can each be purchased at $9.95 per month for monthly licenses or $199.95 one time for owned licenses.

No limits or unexpected charges
