Our licenses include a 'powered by' line on the client-facing parts of the help desk. This can be removed at an additional cost of $4.95* per month or $49.95* per year.
We treat all of our customers the same, no matter what their size. Our software contains no limits on users, operators or tickets, so you don't need to worry about incurring more costs as you grow in size.
SupportPal locks to a single internal and external IP by default. If your server makes use of more than one IP, multiple IP support can each be purchased at $4.95* per month or $49.95* per year.
Only email support is provided as standard. If you'd like to request a remote desktop session with us to help you with a server or software related issue, this can be purchased at a cost of $75.00 per 30 minutes*.
