We've been hard at work over the past couple of months since the last release and feel it's time that we updated you on our progress. Whilst we don't have a new release to announce today, we do have several awesome product related announcements.
Reseller Program
A number of our users expressed that their own clients may be interested in using ArcticDesk, and so from today, you can start offering ArcticDesk licenses directly to your clients. This can provide an additional revenue source and is a great way to add value to your own products and services. Our tiered reseller program provides significant discounts without any minimum requirements or set up fees. We have an API available to automate the process of selling and managing licenses, with a module already available for WHMCS users.

Development Licenses
We are now able to offer a free development license to all license owners. Perfect for testing new releases and your own changes before rolling out to production, these licenses will let you set up a test ArcticDesk installation on your local PC. If you'd like one, please just
open a ticket with us.
Data Migration Script
We have revamped our import process and built a new, easy to use modular framework which will be fully documented and released publicly very soon. The framework allows us to bundle all various migration options together and provide a single unified script. To start with, we've added migration options for Kayako v4.x and SupportTrio v3.x, and we plan to add more options in the near future.

Support and Updates Renewal for Owned License Owners
All owned licences come with 6 months support and upgrades free, though we have not strictly enforced that rule until now. From today, it is now possible to purchase the support and updates renewal from our client area, at just $39.95 for an additional six months.
However, as a thank you for supporting ArcticDesk, we are offering all existing owned license owners a complimentary six month extension, so continue to enjoy free updates and support on us until 17th April 2014.
ArcticDesk v1.2.4 Release Update
We're still a few weeks away from the release of ArcticDesk v1.2.4. The main features of the new version will be an expanded API, improved email templates and email merge fields.
