ArcticDesk v1.1.1 Released, Updates to WHMCS Integration, Importer

Season's greetings from the whole ArcticDesk team! As the end of the year approaches, we are pleased to announce three updates. Firstly, the release of ArcticDesk v1.1.1. This release is an incremental update and includes 16 bug fixes, enhancements and new features. The full changelog for the release can be found below. The update is available in an incremental form for updates from v1.1.0 and a full form for fresh installs, both can be downloaded immediately from our client area.
 
Secondly we have released a new update to the WHMCS integration. The update adds support for custom ticket numbers (a new feature in v1.1.1) and fixes several bugs. Finally, we have also updated our WHMCS importer to fix a bug where it would set the last updated time on all tickets to the time of the import. The new versions of both scripts can be downloaded from our client area.

(AD-385) - The ticket log is automatically updated on a new ticket action (without having to refresh)

(AD-398) - Fixed issue where tickets weren't showing bold on a user reply
(AD-406) - Fixed PHP error found on the frontend with user avatars
(AD-407) - Added validation on boolean ticket custom fields
(AD-409) - Fixed error with attachments not showing with the email download option
(AD-410) - Added ticket custom fields for operator opened tickets
(AD-415) - Fixed error where announcements showed even when the category was hidden
