Facebook App Review
This section only applies if you may use of the Facebook integration in SupportPal.
In May, Facebook announced a new mandatory App Review process
for all applications (existing and new) following the Cambridge Analytica data misuse scandal. The app review process for existing applications must
be submitted before 1st August 2018 for the SupportPal integration to continue working.
The app review process is detailed and requires providing screencasts as well as a login to your system so they can verify how the application is being used. We have been working on simplifying this process as much as possible and are now ready to share our updated guide so you can pass the review process.

Updated WHMCS integration
We've released an updated version (3.3.0) of our WHMCS integration which includes contact/organisation user support, several minor improvements, and bug fixes for WHMCS 7.5.
We recommend to update to this release if using WHMCS 7.5. The update process is as simple as uploading and overwriting the existing files.
Migration Script: Multi-brands and Freshdesk
We've released a new version (2.3.0) of our migration script.
The release contains an option to allow migrating multiple systems, for example multiple Kayako or WHMCS installations, into a single installation of SupportPal and then making use of our brands feature.
We've also added an option to migrate from Freshdesk. SupportPal is a great Freshdesk alternative
which can drastically reduce your costs and there are several other reasons to host on-premise instead of the cloud
