Since the initial release of SupportPal in 2016, we have not raised our prices for over six years. During this time, we have released a number of large updates and introduced a lot of new features, including brands, multilingual support and, most recently, our new marketplace. We have always offered a clear and transparent pricing structure that we believe to be very competitive in the market.
We are now in a position where we must increase our subscription costs as we continue to improve both the software and services that we offer. The new prices are listed below and will come into effect from 1st October 2022.
The cost of the monthly license will increase to $24.95 per month, plus any other add-ons (which remain the same price). This pricing will go live for all renewals and new orders from 1st October 2022 onwards.
We are also introducing an annual licensing option which offers 12 months for the price of ten. This will be available immediately at $199.95 per year, increasing to $249.95 per year from 1st October 2022. If you wish to convert your existing monthly license to annual billing, please contact us.
We are retiring the owned license option for new orders immediately, but continue to honour the owned licenses for existing license holders.
The optional six-month support and updates renewal will increase to $129.95 from 1st October 2022. Prior to 1st October, you may renew your support and updates at the existing price, and multiple renewals can be purchased for an extended coverage period.
