Today we're pleased to release version 5.5.0, a minor release in the 5.x series, with RTL support, pinned ticket messages, and more.
RTL (Right-to-Left) language support in our frontend and operator templates, allows you to use languages that read from right to left without needing any style modifications. Configured easily through the ‘text_direction' directive in the language pack config.php file.
Instantly access the most crucial parts of any conversation by pinning important messages and notes to the top of a ticket.
When viewing a filter on the ticket grid you can now use the 'Filter' option to effortlessly refine the results even further, providing a cleaner, more targeted view of your workflow. It now also lets you use multiple condition groups, allowing for more complex filtering directly on the grid.
Based on feedback, you can now close tickets without notifying the user, directly from both the ticket grid and ticket view. This feature offers a discreet way to manage ticket closures when necessary.
In response to popular demand, it's now easier than ever to control throttling limits within SupportPal. Configurations can be effortlessly managed from within the relevant channel settings in the operator panel.
Custom field descriptions now support simple HTML such as bold, italics and URLs. This can be useful if you need to link to a separate page or highlight an important part of the description.
