SupportPal 5.1.0 Released

Today we're releasing version 5.1.0, a minor release in the 5.x series.

PHP 8.2 Support

We've introduced support for PHP 8.2 with this release, requiring ionCube loaders version 13 to be installed. Ensure to update SupportPal before switching your PHP version.

API Enhancements

Two new API endpoints have been introduced enabling one to merge and link tickets. A search parameter has been added to the ticket, user and organisation endpoints. Created and updated date filters have been added to most GET endpoints.

Health Checks

New health checks have been introduced for Meilisearch, Algolia, and Pusher integrations, enabling you to quickly identify and resolve integration issues.

Performance Improvements

In every release, we continue to improve SupportPal's performance. Some improvements made in this release are:
