SupportPal 2.0.2 Released

We are pleased to announce the second maintenance release in the SupportPal 2.0 series. This latest release contains over 60 improvements and bug fixes, some of which are detailed below.

Improved email parsing

We have spent a lot of time since the last release building up a vast test suite of uniquely formatted emails to ensure our email parser performs more effectively. Each ticket message imported by email also now contains a link to view the original email contents in the email log.

Permissions for widgets and plugins

Operator roles now include two new permission sets for managing plugins and viewing widgets on the dashboard. This allows you to hide certain widgets for certain operator groups, and disallow the group's ability to activate, deactivate or update certain plugins.

IP banning settings

It is now possible to set the number of failed logins required before the user's IP is automatically banned by the system and the length of the ban. This includes the option to disable bans completely for users, operators or both.

For more details about this release and the full changelog, please read the release notes.
