SupportPal 2.1.0 Beta Released

We are pleased to announce the release of the SupportPal 2.1.0 Beta, a chance to preview several new features, including multi-brands and PHP 7 support, and many other improvements and bug fixes. The beta phase will last a few weeks, and we encourage you to give it a try and report your feedback to us to help improve the final release.

We recommend that you read our upgrade guide if you are attempting to upgrade from 2.0.3 to 2.1.0. As with any pre-release, we do not recommend using it in a production environment.

Download the release at our downloads area (login required) - it can be found in the Other Releases section.

Beta License Key

If you'd like to set up a different installation, you are entitled to a free additional license key for the length of the beta. The beta key will come with 2 additional brands so you can give our multi-brands functionality a try. The beta will also work with existing license keys too, but these will be without additional brands until the option to upgrade becomes available after the stable release. You can grab a beta key at the following page by entering your client area account email address.

Separate PHP 7 Download

As using PHP 7 requires the ionCube loaders v6, we're providing two downloads of the release. One for PHP 5.5 and PHP 5.6 that will continue to work with your existing ionCube loaders, and one for PHP 7 that requires the latest ionCube loaders to work. As such, please be careful when selecting which version to download.

WHMCS Integration Beta

An updated version of the WHMCS integration has been released to be compatible with 2.1.0, this is also a beta release and we will release the stable version at the same time as the stable 2.1.0 release of SupportPal.
