Today, we're pleased to share with you the V2 release candidate, containing over 30 bug fixes and improvements. This release is our last before the V2 stable release in early May!
No Longer Requires Apache mod_rewrite
This latest release removes the dependency on Apache mod_rewrite by attempting to fall back to URLs containing index.php, for example:
http://www.company.com/support/index.php/tickets/view/10. When installing or upgrading, the system will attempt to detect the appropriate URL structure to use. We have also provided a setting so you can remove index.php if you've verified the rewrite rules are working correctly.
Email Template Previews
We've added the ability to preview email templates while you're writing them. This gives you the opportunity to see what the email will look like when populated with test data.
