ArcticDesk V1.0.2 Beta Release and WHMCS Integration now available

We are pleased to announce the immediate release of ArcticDesk v1.0.2 Beta. This release is available for download from our client area now and includes fixes for a number of bugs that were found in our previous release and also adds a large number of new features and enhancements as suggested by our community. The full list of new features, enhancements and bug fixes in this release has been included below.

In addition to the new ArcticDesk release we have also made the WHMCS integration available to download from our client area. The integration makes use of the following ArcticDesk components in your WHMCS install: ticketing system, announcements, downloads, knowledgebase. It also shows user profile and product information from WHMCS within ArcticDesk.

(AD-240) - Added ability to ban IP's for life
(AD-270) - Added ability to add an article/announcement/download when managing categories
(AD-280) - WHMCS integration - pull in user product information from WHMCS
