ArcticDesk v1.3.2 Maintenance Release

We are pleased to announce the stable release of ArcticDesk v1.3.2, which includes a significant number of bug fixes and enhancements based on your feedback over the past months. Below we describe a few of the key changes that have been introduced in this release. The full changelog can be found at the end of this announcement.

Enhanced Email Parser

We've completely overhauled the email parser in ArcticDesk, it is now performing significantly better than before. Not only is it more reliable, but it has now enabled us to parse and display HTML emails via email piping.

Efficiency Improvements

There have been a number of enhancements across the board that aim to speed up the application. Among the changes, the tickets and users grids should load quicker and polling for notifications takes a lot less time. All in all, ArcticDesk should now feel more responsive than before.

New French Translation

We’re continuing to expand the multi-lingual support in ArcticDesk, with the addition of a French translation for the frontend and operator area.

(AD-892) - Fixed issue when operator emails in a new internal ticket to the help desk
(AD-893) - Better handling when Gravatar loading times out
(AD-895) - Fixed issue which allowed same label to be applied to a ticket multiple times from the grid
(AD-896) - Fixed issue which allowed tickets to be opened in the operator panel without a valid user
