Send to different channels based on ticket brand
If you operate several brands within SupportPal, notifications for each brand can be directed to different channels. If no channel details are entered for a brand, it will use the default brand channel settings.

Choose from a list of triggering options, such as ticket reply by user and ticket status change, and which departments to send notifications for.
