The plugin can be configured to work with HipChat Cloud or if you are hosting HipChat server yourself, it just requires access to the domain being used for the API calls.
Send to different rooms based on ticket brand
If you operate several brands within SupportPal, notifications for each brand can be directed to different rooms. If no room details are entered for a brand, it will use the default brand room settings.
Choose what to notify on and how
Choose from a list of triggering options, such as ticket reply by user and ticket status change, and which departments to send notifications for. Also select the colour of the message and if it should alert users in the room.
