We are pleased to announce the release of the SupportPal 2.2.0 Beta, a chance to preview several new features, including multi-language support and our time tracking plugin, alongside many other improvements and bug fixes. We anticipate the beta phase to last at least a week, and we encourage you to give it a try and report your feedback to us to help improve the final release.

There will be a direct upgrade path available from the beta to the stable version once it's released. We recommend that you read our upgrade guide if you are attempting to upgrade an existing installation to the beta. As with any pre-release, we do not recommend using it in a production environment.

Download the release at our downloads area (login required) - it can be found in the Other Releases section - and view the full changelog in our release notes.

Beta license key

If you'd like to set up a different installation, you are entitled to a free additional license key for the length of the beta. You can grab a beta key at the following page by entering your client area account email address.
